Beijing - The Chinese carrier XiamenAir ordered thirty Boeing 737 MAX, twenty MAX 8 and ten MAX 10.

The contract for 30 737 MAX family single-aisle aircraft was announced on March 21, 2018, by the XiamenAir based at Xiamen-Gaoqi Airport. The estimated value of the agreement is $3.64 billion at list price.

According to XiamenAir's announcement, the 737 MAXs will be delivered between 2019 and 2022: five MAX 8 will join the fleet in 2019, seven in 2020 and the last eight in 2021, while the ten MAX 10 will be delivered in 2021 and 2022.

The SkyTeam alliance member airline operates an "all-Boeing" fleet, of which 139 737-800, 10 737-700, four 757-200, six 787-8 and six 787-9.

Its network has more than 200 routes in China. The company also serves 60 international destinations.
