Vistara leases fifteen Airbus A320neo family aircraft from ALC


Los Angeles - The American leasing company Air Lease Corporation (ALC) has announced long-term lease agreements with the Indian Vistara for nine Airbus A320neo and six Airbus A321neo.

The Indian budget carrier Vistara is a joint venture of TATA Sons Limited and Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA).

The nine Airbus A320neo aircraft will be equipped with the CFM56 LEAP-1A26 engines and will be delivered to Vistara from the first quarter of 2021 to 2022.

The six Airbus A321neo which will be equipped with CFM56 LEAP-1A32 engines will be delivered to the airline from the first quarter of 2020 to 2021.

All devices will be provided from the order book of ALC with Airbus.

With these leasing agreements, Air Lease Corporation becomes the lessor with the largest share in the Vistara's fleet, measured both by the number of aircraft and their value.
