Jakarta - The Indonesian charter operator Travira Air has taken delivery of its first ATR 72-600 from the Danish lessor Nordic Aviation Capital.
The Indonesian carrier operates charter flights between Indonesian cities and other Asian countries. The first ATR 72-600 of the airline will join a fleet that consists of one ATR42-600, one Boeing 737-500, one Boeing 737-800, two Cessna 208B Grand Caravans, one Gulfstream G450, two Beechcraft 1900D, one Beech King Air 300, and various helicopters.
In addition to scheduled passenger flights, the airline also provides air transportation for oil and gas companies of Indonesia as well as mining and medical corporations.
