Toulouse - Airbus has delivered the seventh A350-900 to Lufthansa this week. The D-AIXG will join today to the growing sub-fleet at the Munich International Airport.

The legal formalities for the takeover had already been completed on Wednesday, January 24. The seventh A350 of Lufthansa will take off at 11:00 am as LH9985 from Toulouse to Munich.

From March 25, Lufthansa will deploy the new A350 on its international routes from Munich to Denver - Newark, Seoul - Incheon, and Singapore.

As of May 1, the A350-900 will serve seasonally from Munich to Vancouver on a daily flight basis.

The D-AIXI, the nex A350-900 of the company, will come with the new livery, which will be presented to the public on February 7.
The aircraft will presumably be delivered at the end of April.

On Twitter are photos in which Airbus protects the already painted tail of the A350-900 D-AIXI (MSN202) with a slide from prying eyes and camera lenses. There is not much to recognize yet. But it seems as if the tail would get a white edge and the blue is darker than before.
