Fuji Dream Airlines receives its 13th Embraer E-Jet

Nagoya - Japanese domestic carrier Fuji Dream Airlines, which is known for its colorful fleet that consists of Embraer jets, has recently received its 13th Embraer E-Jet.

The new Embraer E175 of the airline carried out a five day ferry flight from São José dos Campos to its home base. The flight was conducted from west to east with stopovers in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Earlier this week, the plane landed at the Nagoya / Komaki Airport.

Fuji Dream Airlines operates an all-Embraer fleet and expects to receive 75 E-Jets more over time.

The aircraft is configured to accommodate 84 passengers in a single-class layout and equipped with the Autoland system to perform the CAT III approach and landing in limited visual conditions.

The airline's Embraer E175 jets feature aerodynamic improvements such as the new winglets and other technical improvements that reduce fuel consumption.

Fuji Dream Airlines operates six to eight daily flights from Nagoya and Shizuoka airports to fifteen domestic destinations.
