Chengdu Airlines takes delivery of its final ARJ21

Jiangsu, China - In the honor of the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, Chinese aircraft manufacturer Comac delivered the 15th ARJ21 regional jet to Chengdu Airlines.

The aircraft with registration B-603Q is the fourth ARJ21 aircraft delivered to the Chinese operator last month. It is also the last aircraft delivered to the Chinese carrier from a previous order.

On Sept.29, the airline's new ARJ21 took off from the Nantong Xingdong International Airport at 14:22 local and arrived at the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport same day after a two and half hour flight.

The aircraft was leased from the Chinese lessor ICBC Financial Leasing Co. The all economy-class cabin of the plane is configured to accommodate 90 passengers.
