Hamburg - ATR will present a new in-flight entertainment system and new seats at the Aircraft Interiors Expo, which will be held in Hamburg from tomorrow.

The Franco-Italian aircraft manufacturer ATR will participate in the AIX show in Hamburg from 10 to 12 April 2018.

The presence of ATR at the world's largest exhibition dedicated to the design and layout of aircraft cabin interiors underscores the manufacturer's unwavering commitment to improving the comfort and well-being of passengers,
the company says. Visitors to the ATR booth will discover the new "Neo Classic" and "Neo Prestige" seats, designed to equip all new aircraft from this year. ATR will also introduce its new in-flight entertainment system (IFE) named "Cabinstream" that will give airlines the opportunity to introduce a wireless connectivity solution in the ATR cabin. The new IFE system will allow passengers to download various multimedia content to their electronic devices. The name of the Cabinstream launch client will be announced at a signing ceremony on Tuesday, April 10 at 4 pm local. Founded in 1981, ATR is the world leader in the regional aircraft market with less than 90 seats. To date, ATR has sold nearly 1700 devices. ATR models serve in the fleets of 200 airlines in nearly 100 countries. ATR is an equal partnership between two major European aerospace companies, Airbus and Leonardo.
