ANA's first Airbus A380 appears out of assembly hangar
Toulouse - All Nippon Airways' first Airbus A380 aircraft has been photographed by Airbus out of assembly hangar in Toulouse. The plane, which still has to be painted, will be subjected to various tests before it is delivered to the Japanese airline operator.
All Nippon Airways (ANA) ordered a total of three A380. They are to be mainly used on flights between Japan and Hawaii with a special livery in three different colors dedicated to Honu, Hawaiian Green sea turtle.
When the tests in Toulouse have been completed, the first A380 will fly to Airbus facilities in Hamburg, where the cabin layout and the livery of the aircraft will be formed and painted.
ANA's first A380 is expected to enter into service at the beginning of 2019.
