Montreal - The CSeries program partnership between Airbus and Bombardier was formalized on Sunday, July 1st, allowing the European aircraft manufacturer to offer a range of single-aisle aircraft from 100 to 240 seats.

Since July 1st, 2018, Airbus officially holds the majority stake (50.01%) of the C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (SCACS), while Bombardier and Investissement Québec (acting as agent for the Government of Québec) hold respectively 34% and 16%.

The head office, the final assembly line, and related SCACS functions remain in Mirabel, Quebec.

From now on, The CSeries aircraft (CS100 and CS300) will be produced as part of this partnership, combining Airbus' global market reach with Bombardier's state-of-the-art jetliner.

Airbus will provide marketing support for the CSeries. Canadian aircraft manufacturer is covering a significant segment that can typically accommodate from 100 to 150 seats.
