Toronto, Canada - A KLM flight from Toronto to Amsterdam was canceled on Dec. 6 after a pick-up truck got stuck under the engine of a Boeing 747-400 jet.
The incident happened when the KLM Flight KL691 was approaching to the gate after arrival at the Toronto Pearson Airport from Schipol.
A photo probably made by a passenger shows that the ground vehicle got stuck under the outer engine under the plane's left-wing.
A KLM spokeswoman who spoke to the Dutch aviation news portal LuchtvaartNieuws.nl said the incident was being investigated by the KLM and Toronto Pearson Airport officials.
It is not known when the KLM's jumbojet, which is currently stranded in Toronto would return to service.
