Breeze Airways and Voyager Aviation Holdings have also entered into an agreement for a further sale and leaseback transaction of five more aircraft of the same type.

"The transaction underscores the strength of our partnerships and aligns with our strategy to continue the diversification of our portfolio in aircraft types and new airline partnerships. The A220 is the perfect aircraft for Breeze's operations; we look forward to working closely together with Breeze as one of our key partners and as they grow their incredible business," Neelman added.
Breeze Airways commenced its operations on May 27, 2021. The airline currently operates 11 A220-300, 10 Embraer E190 and seven Embraer E195 jets and serves 36 destinations within the United States.
