SAO PAULO, BRAZIL — The American aircraft lessor Azorra Aviation has signed an agreement with the Brazilian regional planemaker Embraer to acquire 20 new E2 family aircraft, plus a further 30 purchase rights.



The order is valued at USD 3.9 billion at list prices. Azorra is a Florida-based aircraft leasing company specializing in executive, regional, and crossover aircraft.

Deliveries will begin in 2023, adding a further 20 Embraer aircraft to the 21 already in Azorra’s existing and committed portfolio.
