OSLO, NORWAY — Norway's budget operator Norwegian Air has agreed to lease up to 13 Boeing jets to meet the demand for air travel in the summer of 2022.
The carrier will begin to take delivery of 13 Boeing 737-800 jets in the fourth quarter of this year and through the first quarter of next year.
Norwegian Air did not reveal who the lessors were but said in a statement they are experienced and have prior relationships with Norwegian.
