The company will look for buyers for two A350-900 aircraft, four Boeing 787-9 aircraft, and 11 Airbus A321-200 aircraft. The airplanes are currently parked in Victorville, CA., and off-lease, except that the eleven (11) A321s, subject to bankruptcy court approval, are committed to long-term leases to LATAM Airlines expected to commence in Q2 2021.
The aircraft are to be sold as a complete lot on an “as-is, where-is” basis via public auction to be held on April 14, 2021.
