The airline can now present a full rescue plan on 08 March 2021.
The referenced creditors are Bank of Utah with eight B737s; Citibank with six B737s; Credit Agricole with nine B737s, and PK AirFinance with two B737s.
One of the creditors complained there was far too little information from Norwegian to be able to make an assessment of the case. The creditor also accused the airline of disposing of more aircraft than needed.
The verdict improves the chances that Norwegian can prevail in Ireland in April 2021, however, creditors can still appeal. The plan must also obtain approval in Norway, where the carrier is currently under bankruptcy protection.
